Revved Up Turkey Sandwich
Oh man, do I love turkey sandwiches. Even more so I love gourmet turkey sandwiches. There used to be a little cafe downtown called Ravenswood Cafe. It has since shut down (just about a year ago now), but they had the BEST turkey sandwich–called “The Raven”. I was craving one the other day, but of course they’re not open anymore, so what did I do? I came up with my own version of it!
2 slices wheat bread
Cranberry sauce or jelly (whichever you prefer, really)
Avocado
Brie with rind cut off
Smoked Turkey
Layer everything in the order stated above, and voila! There you have it. A yummy not-so-traditional turkey sandwich 🙂
